Current Situation and Prospect of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil Treatment in Industrial Sites
Polaris environmental remediation network news: [Abstract] China's industrial site soil heavy metals, especially multi-metal compound pollution situation is grim. At present, there are still a series of problems such as insufficient accuracy of site pollution environmental investigation, standard system to be improved, poor accuracy of conceptual model, poor long-term effectiveness of repair and risk control technology, and pollution diffusion caused by some repair technology. Based on the above problem analysis, this paper puts forward the following solutions, mainly including: clarifying the biogeochemical process of pollutants in groundwater system, looking at site remediation and risk management from the overall perspective of soil-water coordination; According to the complex multi-metal pollution characteristics of the actual site, such as anion-cation composite and multi-cation composite, accurately develop risk assessment tools according to the site characteristics; Research and development of new multi-metal stabilization materials suitable for complex pollution system; improve the artificial accelerated aging method for evaluating its long-term effectiveness and carry out long-term monitoring, build a long-term stability evaluation index system, strengthen the whole process management system of "investigation and evaluation-repair/risk control-post-safety reuse supervision", and accelerate the improvement of relevant technical standards or guidelines.

The soil pollution of industrial sites in China is serious. According to the National Soil Pollution Survey Bulletin released in 2014, in heavy pollution enterprises and surrounding land, industrial wasteland, industrial parks, solid waste centralized treatment and disposal sites, mining areas and other industrial-related typical plots and surrounding soil, pollution exceeding the standard points accounted for 36.3, 34.9, 29.4, 21.3 and 33.4 respectively, especially heavy metal pollution, the main types of heavy metals involved include cadmium, lead, copper, arsenic, zinc, mercury, chromium, etc. [1]. A large part of heavy metal pollution in industrial sites is a problem left over from history, which comes from the high coupling of the process of industrialization and urbanization. In recent years, with the adjustment of the national industrial structure and the multiple rounds of optimization of environmental protection policies, the restoration, development and reuse of factories and enterprises "returning to the city and entering the park" and the relocation of industrial enterprises have become a trend. At present, there are many problems in China's industrial sites, such as large plots, lack of safety management, slow start of restoration work, immature technical system and management framework, etc. [2], which led to the common occurrence of open-air stacking and random sewage discharge in the early years [3-4], seriously threatening the ecological environment and living environment around the industrial site. This paper combs and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing mainstream industrial site repair and risk control technology, analyzes the advantages and problems of hot technologies such as cement kiln collaborative disposal and stabilization of solidified industrial sites, and discusses the future development opportunities from the possible short board of heavy metal pollution site management in China at this stage.
