Non-ferrous metal smelting industry energy saving and carbon reduction upgrade implementation guide
The non-ferrous metal industry is an important basic industry of the national economy and an important support for the realization of a manufacturing power. With the popularization and application of energy saving and carbon reduction technology, the clean production level and energy efficiency of non-ferrous metal industry have been continuously improved, but there are still many outstanding problems. For example, there is a large gap in the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product between enterprises, the uneven level of energy control, the obvious gap in the energy efficiency level of general equipment, and the potential for energy-saving and carbon-reducing transformation and upgrading in the industry is greater.
According to the Benchmark Level and Benchmark Level of Energy Efficiency in Key Areas of High Energy-consuming Industries (2021 Edition), the energy efficiency benchmark level of copper smelting process (copper concentrate-cathode copper) is 260kg standard coal/ton and the benchmark level is 380kg standard coal/ton. Electrolytic aluminum liquid AC power consumption benchmark level is 13000 kW/ton, the benchmark level is 13350 kW/ton. The energy efficiency benchmark level of lead smelting crude lead process is 230kg standard coal/ton, and the benchmark level is 300kg standard coal/ton.
Zinc smelting hydrometallurgy zinc ingot (with leaching slag fire treatment process) (concentrate-zinc ingot) energy efficiency benchmark level is 1100kg standard coal/ton, benchmark level is 1280kg standard coal/ton. By the end of 2020, the copper smelting industry will have about 40% of its energy efficiency better than the benchmark level and about 10% of its energy efficiency below the benchmark level. Electrolytic aluminum energy efficiency is better than the benchmark level of production capacity of about 10%, energy efficiency below the benchmark level of production capacity of about 20%. Lead smelting industry energy efficiency is better than the benchmark level of production capacity of about 40%, energy efficiency below the benchmark level of production capacity of about 10%. Zinc smelting industry energy efficiency is better than the benchmark level of production capacity of about 30%, energy efficiency below the benchmark level of production capacity of about 15%.
